have you updated your drivers?
yeah i have thats why im puzzled
cause my pc was like £900 and my gf was £400 ( i baught both) and made sure mine had better specs ofc cause i game quite frequintly but i have no idea why it cant run gw
the temp of my gpu and cpu never go above 70 at VERY max normally around 40-55
Download GPU-Z and make sure the video card is running @ X16 speed.
It will be where it says Bus Interface it should look something like this.
PCI-E 2.0 × 16 @ 16 2.0 and not like this PCI-E 2.0 X 16 @ 4 2.0 If it says anything but @16 click the ? for the short test and see if it goes up.
it was on PCI-E 3.0×16@16 1.1 already . ran the test didnt really know what i was looking for just had a render test working

Are you sure this is right PCI-E 3.0×16@16 1.1
If so the 1.1 only has 1/2 the bandwith as the 2.0 that any motherboard that is not really old should have. Did you buy the PC used if so what motherboard and i5 model do you have.

it was on PCI-E 3.0×16@16 1.1 already . ran the test didnt really know what i was looking for just had a render test working
When you clicked on the ? did the speed change on the bus interface where it said
PCI-E 3.0×16@16 1.1 did the last 2 numbers change to 3.0 from 1.1?
yeah i realised when i looked up on google what you said i ran GW at same time it jumped to 3.0
even on lowest settings im only getting 20-24 fps in a none combat area when im doing a event its basically 4 fps ;\

OK lets look at the other end, download CPU-Z and look where it says core speed this should be throttled down then go up to full speed when you play the game.
CPU-Z is for the processor not the video card it should do the same thing go up to normal speed when the game is running.
oh sorry! gimme a min
Okay. core speed is between 802-1100 MHz
oh sorry! gimme a min
Let the game run about 5 mins and make sure it does not drop back down on the clock speed.
Okay. core speed is between 802-1100 MHz
Is that with the game running?
yeah depending on whats happening in combat it rises to 1100 ish
yeah depending on whats happening in combat it rises to 1100 ish
Post a pick of that with the game running.
That’s the problem it should go up to 3.4 when the game is running.
how do i fix this any idea?
Check the temp of the processor with the game running their alot of programs I use
Real Temp GT 3.70
and if i dl this will it fix it or anything i can do?
Were getting to the fix check the temps with the game running.
Open the side of the PC I bet the fan is not running on the processor cooler
The temps are way to high throttling the speed to keep from killing the processor
should i take a picture of the inside of pc as im completely clueless at hardware related stuff

Turn the PC off and take the side panel off then turn the pc back on and make sure this fan is running but do not touch anything inside the case it will be the big thing in the center of the case looks like this.

Give me a sec to check on something.
You are sure that the fan was working and it was on the thing that looked like this?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233089
yeah its working , well its spinning and blowing some air , it looks exactly like that but set up with the fans on the sides
ive got 2 mini side fans on the sides, one top fan , the big fans in the middle X2 , graphics card fan and the back fan all running but the big fan in the middle the one you linked seems the weakest of them bar the side panels
If the fan is running the only one we care about is the big one on the processor cooler.
Thats bad nothing I can do to fix this over the net
Probable cause no thermal paste was used when the PC was built.
Just a few options return it for repairs or take it to a PC shop, get a PC savey friend to fix it. The fan would seem week compaired to the rest because it only has a 800 to 1200 RPM range. I found the problem sorry nothing I can do over the net to help.
I would advise not to use the PC till it’s repaired.
Be sure to tell them that the Processor is overheating and tell them what the temerature was.

Now you can go off on them be sure to tell them the temps of the processor or send them the pic and tell them that a guy you never met took the time to find the problem on a website fourms lol.
EDIT I hate people that build a PC and do not do a burn test.

I found this on their website looks like they dident test this one.
An eye for quality
All the components we offer have been tested for performance and stability, and are designed to work effectively with each other. Our technicians build every system to the highest standard, and arrange the cables neatly inside the case to improve ventilation. Gaming systems are rigorously tested with the latest 3DMark benchmarking software and games to make sure they are running at full performance.
Does that mean its a fault on there hardware and they are false statements or my issue baring in mind ive done nothing to the pc since i baught it

All their fault. If they try to say different give a link to this and they will see the only things that were done was basic trouble shooting.
