My wife just lost the ability to log in to the game and the forums. It says her PW doesn’t work.

Did she have remember password checked? If so uncheckit close the launcher and restart the game then type it in and see if that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion but she did not have it checked. She enters it manually each time.

It sounds like she might have been hacked. In which case she has my sympathies, it happened to my boyfriend on Saturday and he still hasn’t heard anything back.

Did she get an email informing her of somebody changing her email address?
