Since a couple of days my ping gets like insane high 3000+
And after a while I get this error: 7:11:3:191:101
The weird thing is that I only have this problems while playing Gw2.

Calculated over a time of 150 seconds:

I’m getting something similar, it’s been happening for the past few weeks. Normally I get around 250 – 300 ping (cause Australia) but have been getting random spikes as high as 3000 for a few seconds, then kinda normal, then way back up again. I’ve even had periods of 0 ping, so i’m guessing so high it doesn’t register. As a side note, i’m only having this trouble on Guild Wars, other similar games are fine.

Yeah I’ve had the same thing with the 0 ping.
Was walking in LA the other day and I checked my ping and it was 0..?

Same here. From 109ms to 900+ms every few seconds.

Same here as well. FPS is not an issue for me, but ping today is just devastating. Spikes from 80 to 2000+ are normal in highly populated zones. What’s more, constant delays on skills make game today totally unplayable for me :<

Well, i’m also having huge packet loss today (Ring of Fire, Europe), for me the problem seems to be in Telia.net internet provider.
