Node 4 is where you ping issue starts. It is not surprising to see “Telia” there. I would have guessed that with out even seeing the graph. While its technically not your ISP’s fault/issue, they have a contract in place with Telia, so they can push them to fix it.
BTW, Level3 is also very well known for causing issues too.
I am from Malaysia and 280ms~330ms is normal latency for me.

same here, apparently this affects people from SEA and Oceania players. would be appreciated if theres a notice on when this problem will be solved or roughly how long.
I from SEA area same thing happen , but it is strange for other games in N.A is not effect.

Im having same problem. Im from Malaysia as well. Its working fine after i use paid vpn to play. So most probably its the isp issue. Im using Unifi 30mb.

As shown the issues are with “Telia” not Anet. Your ISP has a contract with them not Anet. Contact your ISP and give them the pingplotter results.

Well its not. Overwatch servers are in a different location, you connection takes a different path.
playing from the philippines and im having the same problem started about 2-3days ago, 1-3k ping. internets working fine when it comes to other games like league NA.
same here. Sometimes it can go to 2k ping then drop back down to 200. Almost unplayable
same problem here with lag spikes and high ping issues from Indonesia. ANet plz fix this!
