I just got a mail saying that my achievements from GW1 have been revoked?

I included a screenshot of my actual character achievements from GW1 and yes the accounts are linked. It’s been like that since GW2 released… so clearly this is a bug?

Yes, it’s a bug that occurred some time back. Either you haven’t played in some time, or it’s returned. Have you tried logging out completely and back in? Or logging onto GW and then back into GW2?

Log out of GW2 then log into GW1, then log back into GW2 this should fix it, if it doesn’t you will have to contact support. This was a fix to a bug/exploit that allowed some to max out GWAMM without completing anything in GW1. They reset the pionts because Anet found it to be the easiest way to fix the issue.

Look closely. They revoked GWAMM title because there was a bug that erroneously awarded it to people. They haven’t revoked any rewards. And unless you actually earned GWAMM in GW1 then that’s not a bug.
If you had earned it in GW1 then logging in there and visiting the HoM should fix it. If you didn’t earn it, then that mail is correct.

It just happened again.

I never had the GWAMM title and never got it due to a bug.

What has happened once (and now twice), is they’re taking away 450 points plus all the of other titles like “legend of the mists” etc. Which I did rightfully earn.

And do they not return once you log out and back in? Or, barring that, log in and out of GW (One)?
