I bought the ultimate edition for gw2 HoT, and I know it says to wait 72 hours before I could get the gems. It’s been around 24 hours, and the sales that I wanted to use the gems on (wings and account starter kit) are going off tomorrow. If I don’t get the gems before the sale ends, can I send in a ticket and ask them if I can still receive that special, since most people got their gems almost immediately… or?

(I found it most appropriate to put this here because putting it under HoT would probably just annoy people)

Over the last week we have seen an increased fraud purchase attempt rate for our Heart of Thorns Ultimate edition. Because of this increased fraudulent attempt rate, gem delivery for Heart of Thorns Ultimate may be delayed up to 72 hours after purchase.

That was posted 17 days ago, so if you had wanted the gems, you would have had to purchase the game sooner. They have stated in the past that they do not extend sales when they are over. You could also use gold to buy whatever you wanted, or you could have purchased the expansion sooner.

Are you sure the Account Bump/Jump are no longer offered after tomorrow at that price?
