HoT payment issue

How long ago did you buy game? The core game not for sale on GW2 website for long time. So did you buy some place else?
If you purchased the core game from ArenaNet, you would have been eligible for an automatic refund. Unfortunately, the offer has expired.
You can read more about pre-purchasing HoT in the HoT FAQ accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below and searching ‘Heart of Thorns’.

i bought the game online 1 month before Hot was annouced for pre purchase

Refund of core game purchase
In addition to our standard 30 day refund policy on game purchases, we’re offering automatic refunds to all players who purchased the core Guild Wars 2 game through buy.guildwars2.com or in-game during the months leading up to pre-purchase. All accounts that meet the following criteria will receive an automatic refund for Guild Wars 2 core game purchases:
The core Guild Wars 2 serial code was purchased from buy.guildwars2.com or in-game and applied to your account between January 23, 2015 and June 16, 2015The Heart of Thorns serial code was pre-purchased from buy.guildwars2.com or in-game and applied by July 31, 2015
If you did not buy from GW2 website but from some other place no refund. Also if you did not buy HoT before July 31 and use code no refund. So even if you buy game from GW2 site in month show above from support page you will not get refund because did not buy HoT before July 31.

. Now im not sure if i have any ground to step on here, but isnt it kind of unfair that i must pay a total of 85 euros for a time difference of a month?
