Guild Wars 2

I recently moved home server and now can not access my guild bank in my new home server. My guild bank holds many important items.

I guessed back to my former home server. I can not access my guild bank there as well. I started my guild and my guild bank there.

This has to be a bug. Many of my important games items can not be lost this way. Help!

Sadly, it is not a bug. Guild Banks DO NOT move servers, reason being its a researchable upgrade and every guild has its own individual upgrades in every server.

At the looks of things, u have two options : 1st being the most obvious and expensive 1, changing back to ur old server again (which would only mean wasting gems twice), OR get a trusted friend to help you withdraw the items and mail it to you.

Personally i feel that guild bank not being shared across all servers is kinda stupid but thats just my 2 cents.

A closely related issue is loosing guild influence in new home server. This is accepted and expected as Anet has declared prior. What is not expected however is guessing back to former homer server and find my guild has lost guild influence there as well. This is hard to accept.

That is because you are guesting. You cannot see that particular server’s influence if your not a member of that server.

However, any guildie of yours in your previous server will see everything just fine.
