First off I have a login problem were I now can’t even get a login box because I get the message: “Unable to Open Archive File”
So I start a support ticket and get a reply about verify my account. Fine.
Then I forgot to write my pw to the support ticket site but after one try at getting info I can’t access trying to get that info.
So how am I to contact you folks after a auto program suspends my account and doesn’t send me a email to verify who I am?
You need to revise this approach? failing one time then get locked out of contacting you?
