I sent ticket to support regarding some deleted by mistake total makeover kits, but I thought that they were identity repair kits which are much more expensive and because I don’t want to bother the support with few pounds worth lost, i’d like to canclel the ticket, but I can’t find such option

Reply to auto email you get say “Please close ticket. No need more support.”

Ah, ok, thanks. Should’ve been option for that, I guess it would unload a bit the queues

Wow, very fast answer. Support needed half an hour to look into the issue, I coudn’t even cancel it.

I hope you got your kits back, OP. I know it is not much money but you are entitled to Support as much as the next person who might eat up hours of Support’s time and could be a liar and a cheater. Just my opinion anyway.

I will admit that I once bought the wrong mini and asked Support for help. It was all of 30 gems (they were at a reduced price). I did feel cheap and embarrassed when I worked out how much it was in real money. By the way, Support refunded me the gems
