Guild Wars 2

In every MMO I’ve played there has been a way to check tickets so you can know whether it’s even been looked at yet. I can’t find how to do that here. Can you please tell me where I can look at them?

CS responds through the email you have on file. That is the only place to check. You should have received a ‘We have received your request, and will address it shortly’ type of response to your email address, almost immediately. Check all spam, junk, etc. folders.
