Q:

I submitted a ticket because my account has been hacked and I couldn’t log in. I have gotten back control of my account and can connect without being booted but I haven’t received any response as to sorting out the hacking issue or anything.

How long is the time frame to hear back about tickets that have been submitted?

My ticket is (222427:Hacked account) if that helps.

I submitted a ticket and received a response asking for clarification. It told me to update my ticket and that my answer was need urgently and to respond ASAP. I replied to the email and wrote my response in the body.

Is that correct? It has been almost 16 hours since I sent it with no response. Is that normal?

Depending on the issue, and hacked accounts are especially tricky, it can take up to, and beyond, 72 hours for a response. So, 16 hours is normal.

I got the initial response asking me a yes or no question. I said yes. It will take 72 hours for him to respond “ok”? That seems like terrible customer service to me.
