Guild Wars 2

I have multiple tickets left open that the support staff never closed or another staff member started a new ticket for my case and I have no idea how to clear the other tickets that are no longer in use. Please help.

“Click on your support ticket subject name, where your question and responses are.

You should see near the top under “Update this question” “Do you want a response?”. Just click the box and select “No, I don’t this question answered now”. That should automatically close the ticket"
