Guild Wars 2

My friend just bought the game. She has an account she’s used for the free weekends. How does she apply the full key to her account so she can keep her current character?

That actually didn’t explain anything. It just tells me you have to upgrade the account and not how to do it. :\

contacting support would be your best bet there is a click here button in the link to get more info but all it tells is the steps on how to register the account

I am pretty sure that is exactly how to upgrade an existing account, as when you go to register the serial number, it asks you if you have an existing account.
But, if you have concerns, contacting support is always a good idea. =)

Yeah, basically you just need to apply a serial code in the account under my accounts I think? The request for serial section should be obvious anyways :o good luck.
