How long does it take for help
Between the HoT hype and the recent sales the game has had, Support is swamped with tickets.
If you notice there is a sticky in this forum that you can post on if you’ve waited for 7 days and not heard anything during those 7 days. So in 4 days, if you still haven’t heard anything, then feel free to post your ticket number in there.
If your issue concerns Guild Wars (One), it may be some weeks before your ticket makes it through the queue, and only if it pertains to access.
Otherwise, your issue should be responded to within 7 days. If not, post in the pertinent Sticky above.

Anyone that has an “open” ticket from last year obviously has some issue with receiving Support emails….. I’ve had at least a dozen tickets (not recently) and they have never taken longer than a few days to get resolved. Obviously, they have some ticket backlog recently but from my experience, Anet Support NEVER ignores issues (I’m talking about GW2 issues…..GW1 issues seem to be handled much differently these days).
