Hello,
My email is going to be closed soon and I am going through the process of transferring all my log in info to my new email. However I dont see any option to transfer this game to a new email.
Can somebody point me to a guide please? Didnt see any youtube videos on it. Thanks

Support has to change your email. Make a ticket and tell them your new email and they’ll switch it over. To contact them use the links at the top of this page. Support then Submit a Request. You’ll need to give enough information to prove your the account owner.

i registered my account with the wrong email and i am unable to verify the email so i cant play the game nor change the email to one i can please help iv submitted a ticket with no response i just dont want my 70$ wasted…….

If you did not receive the almost-immediate automatic response, check the FAQ Sticky, above for the article, ‘Not Getting Our Emails’.
If you did receive the automated response, and have no further communication after 72 hours, you can post your Ticket Number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’.

thanks i got the email that they got my ticket im just off work today a wanted to enjoy the game today i play/loved the first one hope this one didnt stray far

Well, GW2 only really shares the lore of Tyria with Guild Wars. It’s a different kind of game, and quite enjoyable. It’s probably best to play with an open mind.

Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

There’s a bug with the redirect to en.support that affects some of us. Use the ‘Support’ link on any other Guild Wars 2 site page (‘Game’, ‘Media’, ‘Community’, etc., just not the forums). It won’t use the ‘en.’ part, and won’t trigger the false-positive.

Thanks, they changed my email for me, but my forum name still reflects my old email, Ill give it a few days to see if it updates, if not, gonna have to do this process over again, guess forum account differs from game account.
