Okay, I’m new to the game and randomly picked a home world (server) but now I want to change it to the one my brother plays on. The only two options I saw were to play as a guest on his server with a limit of 24 hours or pay about $30 to transfer (which I don’t want to do).

I don’t care about the characters I created on this first world so I’m not worried about starting from scratch. I just want to change my home world, can anyone tell me how to do this?

If you don’t care about losing characters you can simply delete all of them, which will allow you to transfer for free.

Just so you know for the future, there is no time limit on Guesting to another Server.

Oh, and also be aware, there is a 7-day cooldown between transfers.

Make sure you shove any items you’ve picked up that aren’t soulbound in the bank, they’ll be waiting for you after you transfer. Might help you get back on your feet.
