I changed my account name and wrote a new E-mail & pass word.
But nothing happened after I click the “CHANGE” button

I’d urgently like to know this as well, as I just had an unauthorized attempt to log into my account. While I’ve changed my password I’d really feel better if I could change my email too.

doesnt help much to change it if your posting it publicly here on the forums though i would guess ;-)

You should clear out the email address in that screenshot. Don’t give yourself more problems.

I’m having the same issue at the moment, I’ve changed it at launch once and would now like to change it again but doesn’t seem it is letting me.

I’m having the same problem. I’m able to change my password but account name/email isn’t changing.

I meant email, you are required to put your current password in to change your email.

It’s definitely a bug in the system. I bought an account for a friend (it was a surprise), so I registered it to a spare email address. I’ve since tried to change the email for them, entering in the password.

Nothing happens, no error, no confirmation (I’ve changed my email address before- so I know it logs you out when you change it). It just comes back to the page with the field updated, but just because it’s remembering what you’ve entered rather than changing it.

Same thing is happening to me, can’t change email/account name since yesterday. Whats up with that Anet?

It seems they have now fully removed the option from your account settings. This is either because it was bugged, or the more likely idea that it’s a result of all the complaints of people being hacked and having their email switched.
