Before I found the place my tickets are saved I accidentally created a 2nd one, believing the first one was not created, now I’m on my 8th day waiting for response for either of these, and I read that duplicate tickets take longer to handle, so how can I delete one of them?

You reply to the automated response from the second ticket, stating ‘I no longer need help’.
