I need it for a support ticket but i dont know exactly when i got it as i got it months before christmas but wasnt able to play it cuz i didnt have a good graphics card i waited til christmas to play it.

Go in game, type /age

It will tell you how many hours / months you’ve been playing total across your entire account.

That won’t work, because for the age command to work you have had to be able to get into the game first and create a character.

Well he said he waited until christmas to play it, so I assumed he made a character.
But i thought the /age had a total time from the creation of the account, but it says the total time played so his age would only have started in december.

Support should already know the answer to when your account was created though.

Try checking your old emails and see if you have any from the company.
