Guild Wars 2

i just bought gw2 physical copy of the game that means i have dvd version and it has 2 dvd but when i put my disc 1 to my dvd rom it still downloading a very very huge file it seems the files on the dvd has been ignored by the installer i really want to jump right into the game is this really the way the dvd copy work or its just outdated?

DVD is the game files from release date. Since then there has been many patches. Can’t jump right in without updating

If is trying to download like 200k+ files then its prob something wrong.

275k that’s how huge i’m downloading and i’m on 165k now
