Huge Lag, but not PC related
That sounds more like a latency issue. If during this time you use a skill, does it fire off after the delay?
Yes. As said before, the recent one took 57 seconds. After the 57 seconds, the skill fired off.
That sounds like a network issue.

Yeah, your getting packet loss across your ISP and on down the line. This isn’t good and could account for your issues. If your playing on wireless, you could try connecting directly to you home router via cat5 cable. You could also make sure to disable the firewall on your computer. Check your router logs (if you know how) and look for anything unusual. If nothing else works, contact your ISP and forward them the same log file you posted here.
Wouldn’t disabling the firewall be dangerous for my computer?
Mhn, your behind a home router (I hope) which masks your system from the outside. While disabling the computer firewall is considered less secure, it won’t open your system up to the outside world like you would think. And most OS firewalls are set up with default settings which is less than secure any way. But for testing purposes, you can disable it and run the game to see if you still have issues. If not, then you know it’s an issue with a firewall setting (port needing to be opened, etc.). If you still have issue then it’s pretty safe to say your firewall is not the problem and can re-enable it.
