I am waiting for my guild wars 2 refund

If you have already submitted a ticket to our customer support team, please be patient, as posting here on forums will not speed up the process.
I have submitted a refund ticket 3 days ago, and i still dint get any answer.
- I only have a few hours played(i bought this game 2 weeks ago)
- I am not playing it anymore
- The game is full of bots, and no one is really banning them.
- I got spammed with ingame mail from gold sellers in my fist day of game play.
- The game lacks quality pvp content and is full of bugs.
- The most important, i don’t have full control over my wa melee class, I am definitely not playing a melee which doesn’t allow me to auto run and attack the target when i press the skill button.
- The game had no trial, if it had, I wouldn’t be in this position to ask for a refund.
- There are other games on the market which fully allow me to control the melee class the way i want, not the way  developers think it should be.
- I demand my hard worked money back, to spend them on games that i actually enjoy, not on a game on which i dint log in for about a week.  
 
I have submitted all the info needed for a refund, but still i didn’t got any reply in 3 days.
How much time do i have to wait for my refund?
