My friend recently bought guildwars for me and It’s been downloaded, but when I try to log into the client it doesn’t work.

You are using the same password and email you use to log into the forum, right? Cause the forum uses the same info.

You should edit or remove your screenshot as displaying your Account name (email associated with GW2 account) can be dangerous.
