Been trying to go from lion’s arch to malchor’s leap in my mesmer and I get this every time.
The same thing is happening to my warrior witch is logged in malchor’s leap…

Same here. Same errors.
It was impossible for me to load the Pavilion, so i do not know what is that about. Crashed every single time i attempted to load.
I was unable to load Fractals as well.
I can load a character that is already on a map (lions arch, or in frostgorge, etc), but if I portal to another map, i get the network error and game crashes.
Then, when i try to load that same character, this happens:
- the loading screen of the “portal from” map appears (where my character was).
- then the loading screen of the “portal to” map appears.
- then i get the network error… and the game crashes.
So that character is “lost in space”, unretreivable!
3 of my lvl 80 characters are on that situation.

Just to add:
- I have no routers.
- I have no proxies.
- All graphic card drivers are up to date (ATI Radeon HD 5700 series)
- Windows 7 64x is up to date.
- 8 gb RAM.

The game runs perfectly fine. Never had had a crash.

I’m also getting this one but only with my main in Queensdale. My alt in Divinity’s Reach have no problems (which is a real pain in the kitten since I wanna play with my main).

I suppose Queensdale is overrun by people farming the classic champs there (the troll/boar/wasp) and all overflow servers are full (and I suppose the other zones mentioned here are in the same boat).

Maybe next time Anet take 5 minutes to think a little more before doing some changes like this and put a limit on the rewards so people move their kitten to another map instead of farming the same “easy” champions all day (1 reward for day or better, 1 per week).

Was running this game fine yesterday, somewhat. A few more disconnections than normal, but otherwise…

Anyways, this morning, I wake up, and I’ve tried to boot up the game five times. My computer’s crashed every single time before I can even get to the character select screen. I dunno if it’s me, or if it’s the game that I should uninstall and reinstall or something…

I already disabled firewall, opened port and nothing fixes it, and its only my warrior or when i fast travel… please I need help cause this error is not on the support site

Also, not a firewall/port/anti-virus problem, it’s just Anet servers can handle the summer.

Ok so for the list of what I’ve done:
-Enable all ports needed for gw2 (80,443,6112,6600)
-firewall permission set to the max
-disabled firewall
-MSCONFIG start without any other program
-Running as admin as re starting the game several times

Nothing fixes this error (Code=5:11:3:159:101) witch is nowhere in the gw2 support site.

Please help me

Same problem here, I didn’t even changed anything since patch, everywhere I zone in, it crashes… and I get error Code=5:11:3:159:101, I can’t zone in any major city or even queensdale…. I guess I’m gonna miss all this new patch content since all my chars are in DR and/or LA. /sadface

I was not suggesting you should kill your thread.
That Killaa has been posting in several of the threads presenting this connectivity issue, advising to go and check that errors description page.
I do not know if this Killaa is from tech support, or who he/she is, but did not give me any working advise since the error code that i reported is not even there, as you said.
Killaa has not been posting here tho.
Anyways, I have received instructions from Technical Support to make a ticket.

For those with problems: Guest in another server. Not the best solution but it works at least.

I’m in Kaineng (very high population server) and there is no way to access to my char in Queensdale (I was able for a moment but only for a few seconds) so I’m guesting in a high populate server (I think is VHP now but I still can play there).

Of course, implying you can even log in (I can’t at this moment).

And again, you did nothing and don’t need to do anything. The servers are just full (too many people playing).

At 7:00 pm I downloaded the rescent patch. Seems to have fixed the problem.
Yet, game still crash on loading a character.
I can load and play Pavilion, can load Fractals (just to the lobby, on my own), I can WP from LA to DR and in maps.
Will continue tests, but it seems it has been fixed for me.
