Guild Wars 2

I’d like to use the account email authentication system to help secure my account, but I’ve never been given the option to use it. There is no prompt to verify my e-mail address when I log into the game.

I have tried myself to verify my email on the game menu. I recieve the email but when I click to verify I get an error screen everytime.

What browser are you using? Try a different browser and see if that works. I remember seeing somewhere that some people got it working with different browsers.
