Ok so I turn everything up of the graphic settings
My Setup

Intel I7 4790
16gb Ddr3
Nvidia GTX 980

Temps ever fine already checked
And nothing running in the background.
24FPS in Sylvari Home
And now the weird thing.
I have a 97% use of the Grafic card all the time.
Isnt this game more heavy on the CPU?
Also 24fps on This cpu and GPU seems kinda low.
I do get 60fps in much places but I was wonder if this FPS is normal to be so low in some area’s and the GPU usage.

Can you google and get GPU-Z and run it while playing GW2. Also make sure your video card is fully seated in the correct slot, and it’s dust free.

I tried to duplicate your screenshot but couldn’t. Here is the best that I could get. I too have same video card, but lesser cpu.

First of all Tyvm For responding And Maze Ty for taking the time to even go ingame to the same place and try it out.
I’ve Noticed that Shadows (Ultra) Eats FPS a lot.
Effect Lod. Does this make the game look better or worse? What does it do?
I completely uninstalled the Nvidia Drivers and then did Ccleaner and removed all the maps with Nvidia.
Then i reinstalled The Nvidia Drivers.
My OS is Windows 10
Driver Version 355.82 Windows 10 64Bit driver
It is in the Correct slot. It’s a pc already installed in the shop.
And totally dust free i just got a new CPU cooler and the pc is hardly a month old.
This is a new screenshot

A screenshot Also With GPU-Z like you see still 95% + Load on the GPU
If i put my settings on low i still have like 45-50% load
I’ve Removed Nvidia Geforce Experience
Also disabled programs that I don’t need at start-up.
The result is kinda the same.

Effect Lod :
I think it stands for level of detail. Say there were 30 of us vs. a Champion ? It would limit the amount of visuals i.e. explosions, from others powers and weapons near you. Try it out next time you’re near others fighting one foe.
I saw your GPUz. Would you please show the Graphics Card tab showing BUS interface? Also, please download CPUz and show CPU, Memory tabs also? Thanks.

Your Video card is x4 instead of x16. This is the reason why.
Just consult your motherboard manual and figure out how to alter this. It’s either a bios setting or literally in the wrong slot.

See how mine reads PCI-E 3.0×16 @ x16? We want yours to say the same thing if you have just one video card too.

The x16 slot is usually at the top, so when you look at the back of your computer where all the slots are, your monitor’s cable should be at the top. If there are available slots above it however, chances are they put the GPU in the secondary slot. Since it’s pre-built, I’m guessing it’s either an odd motherboard, the case didn’t fit or they had no idea what they’re doing.

Consult the manual of the motherboard or simply google the model to quickly find out the proper layout. If it’s simply in the wrong slot, fixing it should take no more than a minute.

The x16 slot closest to the CPU?

Only other suggestions is to pull and reset the card, making sure it’s fully in the slot from front to back. And while the card’s out check the slot and the edge connector on the card for anything that could interfere with the connection.

You could also double check the motherboard manual for the proper location for a single video card.
