I cant reset my password

Hi, i have successfully unticked “remember password” on the launcher and i dont remember my password…. When i want to reset my pass, it says that “there is an error, please contact support”. I can write this post because my pass is still saved on the website. Please help!

ok sorry i always typed “1” at the end of my character name and now i remember that you cant put numbers in your character name -.-" XD

Remember, if your password is saved for the Forums, you can look it up in your browser’s tools, so you won’t have to reset it, next time. =)
