Guild Wars 2

Hello, so yesterday I wanted to create a Druid so I had to delete one of my 80 characters because I had no more empty slots. I was going to delete my engineer but instead I deleted my main character Elementalist by totally mistake. I’ve already contacted support but no answer yet.

I would like to know if I can still play while I don’t get an answer from support, or if you guys decide to help me out and rollback my account I will lose every and any progress I would be doing meanwhile.

Doubtful that the CS Team will rollback your account, unless policy has changed. Account Restorations are reserved for compromised accounts. You are likely safe to keep playing. The Team may restore some of the items the character had on them at the time of deletion, though.

I had some gem shop items which I payed with real money. I don’t really mind the character itself I just wanted to get the gem items back and some items back

Unforunitly this still happens from time to time but that’s the reason they added the need to enter the charature name to avoid these mistakes. It takes an accout role back to get your charature back something Anet will only do once pre account mainly for accounts that get stolen or hacked you can contact CS but most likely they will say no. But they may refund the gems but don’t count on it. Unfortunately you made the mistake so leave it to a life lesson double check what your are doing before that final click. The reason they are so strict on this is the potential for abuse. And fraud.

They normally refund the gemstore items, just send a support ticket and
list what items you have lost.
