Clear out your inbox. It doesn’t delete new mail if it’s full, it queues them up until there’s room to deliver the messages.
Did you clear the email you already claimed? Cause you didn’t say anything about that.
And you will get the other stuff as soon as there is room for new mails.
I’m not getting any new mails. If mail queues up when it’s full, then I probably didn’t lose anything and just mis-clicked, thinking I bought something.
However, is it possible to talk with someone about getting a purchase list that goes further back than the store shows, for peace of mind?
1. Make a ticket and paste everything you wrote here in that ticket.
2. Use a subject that is somehow related (i.e. “Mailbox full, lost items”)
Under what category should the ticket be submitted to? I’d just like to go over my purchase history to double check everything.
It takes awhile before the queue clears. If, after a day, the new mail has not shown up, then contact support. I am not sure what all the choices are, but I believe the devs have suggested ‘Billing’ in previous threads about such issues.

It doesn’t ultimately matter what category you put your ticket into: someone will read it, decide where it belongs, and forward it to the correct team; it won’t languish in support limbo if you file it as a display bug by mistake. (At worst, you might delay getting a useful response.)
