Im having a problem i cant seem to find the email that has the serial code the name of my accont etc. cause I’m about to change PC but I know i need that info so I can download it on that PC so my question is can a Dev help me find the info cause im sure i deleted the account info email when i bought the game (I downloaded the game not a CD)

I don’t think you need the serial number. You download the client and then log on. You only need the serial number when talking to support about account issues.
I’ve downloaded Guild Wars 1 onto various computers and Guild Wars 2 onto 2 (during beta). Never needed the serial number. However you might contact support and see if you can get it in case you ever have problems in the future.

You need no special information to download the client onto any computer. What you do need to know to log-in to your account is the email associated with your account and your password. If you need assistance with either of those, you can contact Customer Support and they will help you.
