So, yeah. Basically my inbox is filled with these if I don’t empty it every day. I am in no way looking to get rid of my account by any means, in any way shape or form. Must be phishing attempt?

Main thing – Anet will NEVER initiate a support contact – if they feel your account is at risk they block it and wait for you to contact them.
