Close the newest one. You only need one ticket.
It takes time for them to answer. If you haven’t gotten a response and only the automated instant reply in 7 days, you can post the GW2 Tickets for review thread.
And they will help you if they can.
i dont know it was on because i can´t see the ticket system :0 i can´t see here my question ut i hope they helped me and be good cause i spend my 2 mounth to get money for it iam jsut child so you know how hard is to make money
If you don’t get the automatic reply, then you’ve got to look into why. Check your spam folders, etc.

You don’t get on any ticket. You reply back to that ticket with any information asked in that ticket.
Then you wait for a response back. If it’s more than 7 days between your last reply without a response back from ANet then you can post in the sticky for tickets for review.
