There has been about a month since I log into my account, Iam from honduras, I logged today and everything was gone, All my 20 slot bags, all my thiefs armor, resources.
I was hacked.
this is the china Ip who did it, 18 , CN ( 58.16.125.64 ) 58.16.125.0 – 58.16.125.255
I have been playing over a year, I have bought gems for my character stuff… and now I have to say goodbye to my guild because of this….please try to see the item I had before.
I know you wont give my stuff back, but at leat try to.

You will need to contact support, top of the page.

There you will need to submit a ticket to get your account back and ask for a rollback (your account could be returned to a certain date, with all the stuff and chars you had, but this will only be done once). The forum itself can’t fix this, so support is the way to go.

Also, change all your passwords, for the game and for your email and check your pc/laptop for viruses or key-loggers and such.

Why is this making you say goodbye to your guild? Surely they aren’t angry with you because you were hacked. Or is it some other reason.

I figure they mean something to the effect of “Well, if I can’t get some degree of my former account status (pre-hack) back then I won’t be continuing to play”.
