Hi , i have a big problem when i read a topics about change acc password to unique ones, i changed it to a unique one , and than i got perma ban…….

What this mean you whant us to change password to safer one , and than we got perm bans ?THis is some kind of joke ? I pay money to play this game ,and i got banned because i follow your instructions ?

THanks takomi but i didnt get any information about this ban on mail , and this is strange , they didnt informed me even why i got banned

Most people in here have to post a Reference number for the ArenaNet team to look into it. I believe this includes you, so just to save yourself some waiting time i think you should find it somewhere in your Mail.

Sorry for problem but that was chaotic like hell this is an updated ticket for my case .
