I recently made a “poor” decision and purchased gold from a 3rd party website.
After 2 days I received a suspension on my account. After serving my suspension time I noticed “Purchased Gold” taken away, but with the “5,000,000 coins from 1 person trade block per week” I still have 650g sitting in my mail.
I understand I made a poor decision, but the question at hand is… “Do I just delete the mail with the remaining gold or do I accept it?”
I’m not willing to risk the account as I have put 3 years of gaming into it and I want to continue playing. I’m not sure if it will auto-flag and I receive a harsher punishment…
I’m pretty sure I know what needs to be done but I would like clarification…
I know I shouldn’t have RMT’d but we all make mistakes, I took my punishment.
Please Don’t bash, just looking for information.
As far as I know, you can“t delete a mail which contains gold/items.
How about opening an ticket and asking the support team while leaving the mail untouched?
In my eyes this would be the safest way ….

A ticket can take up to three days. If it’s been more than 72 hours, then you can post your ticket number in the sticky:

So we will see if it gets resolved.
Michael posted in that thread that English tickets were running about 4 days. Try to be patient.
