Guild Wars 2

I’m a returning player…returning and spending moeny on new skins and armor sets. The first thing I notice is that the outfits have changed but for some reason I no longer have a plethora of things that I also bought with gems!

I’m seeking help on possible solutions or if someone in support can help me that would be appreciated. I’d hate to buy something in the future and it get lost just because…and then I can’t get it back :<

If you’re talking about Town Clothes, speak to one of the Black Lion traders. they’ll fix you up. (It sucks what they did with them, but there it is)

If, however, you lost armour skins and outfits, that’s most likely a bug and you should send a ticket.

Unfortunately, if you transmuted over anything you had before the April patch, those are now lost. I had many black lion skins that I transmuted over and now there is no way to get them back. It sucks, I know.
