This is annoying…You suspended my account for using a name that you allow “Pimp” which is not even offensive since it is use as a slang for “impressive” or “good”..whats worst is that you didn’t even just ask me to change the name…you just suspend the account without warning……
Customer service in this game is pathetic.
Even blizzard isn’t this bad.
The best place for your grievance is through support. Open a ticket there: support.guildwars2.com and ask for a name change.
