I enter the right code. And it show me the code is right and i can have 2000 gems.
But when I left the Gem store . It didn’t in my account. please help me.

I think something might be down with their system. I just tried to purchase gems and was told that my order was ‘pending’. Im being charged the money on my CC, but have yet to recieve any gems.

Just tried to buy gems via PayPal but got an error message. However, my Paypal account got charged.

Please check again your gem balance again.
We had some pending transactions this morning that took longer than usual to go through. Should be working again now.
