I transfered to Sea of Sorrows, confused.
I guess I’ll just hold onto the gems until my ticket gets answered.

I have transferred worlds a few times and the gems always get taken out immediately. Maybe you got lucky and got a freebie.

It’s not a freebie if it was an error. This is something that they need to sort out so they get the right transaction. Right now it basically says I transferred for free, when I didn’t
I just need the 1800 gems deducted from the total. I am confused as to why it wasn’t.

I suggest you contact Customer Support. At least then you can rest assured that you have done the right thing and that the gems will not be taken out at an inopportune time.

I notice you have only one character. Did you, perhaps, upgrade a Play4Free account to a paid account? That action entitles an account to one free transfer. It would explain the ‘free’ transfer.

Well. I got that as a reply from a Support Ticket. I do have HoT though. I went from Sorrow’s Furnace to Sea of Sorrow’s
The support ticket said I did not have access to HoT though.
This is all confusing ._.

At least you know you aren’t ‘cheating’ the system. As long as the ‘Game Content’ (or whatever the tab is called) in ‘My Account’ shows you have Heart of Thorns, I would not worry about it.
