Well on a numpad, the “1” key and the “4” are on top of each other. maybe you typed 4 instead of 1 ?

Or lagged and pressed the buy-button several times? The sigil isn’t that expensive so you didn’t lose much. You can also sell them back and lose only little money. Hardly worth making a post.
