I posted a ticket about this, the ticket status got changed to “Duplicate” a few hours later without any answers, now im still waiting for the supporters to answer if ill get a rollback or not, this happen to me around 6 days ago no, and i still havent recieved any answers if ill get a rollback or not..

Any of you know if they will roll your account back, or will i just have to deal with it/quit?

Hi Track,

Did you post duplicate tickets??, if so I would advise to repost your request in the original first ticket bout the hack.

If you only made one ticket and your account security was compromised I advsie you to post the 12-digit ticketnumber here so support can have a look into this matter.

Well, i’ve created 2 tickets or something like that with the same subject, first i created one under the “Hacked account” section, but i recieved an auto-message, and i can’t wait long, since i want to know if i can have my account rollbacked or not.. So if i start playing again, it would be a waste..

EDIT im waiting and waiting, and i dont really “have time for this”, i want to know if i can get that rollback or not >_<
So yeah, i created another topic in the Gameplay where i asked about something which i dont really remember, and then i asked how long it would take before they get back to me in the hacked account section, and then a few hours later i saw my tickets were duplicated..

What should i do?

a: close the second ticket.
b: reply to the first ticket that the auto reply didn’t help you
c: post the first ticket number here

Also please don’t rush into a restoration. Make sure you ask support first to help you get full control over your account back and make sure you have done your best to make your online security secure again. You only get an accountrestoration one time. If the hacker can still (re)take control over your account you will just give him all your items again and you will end up with nothing.

It’s better to take your time to do it good then to rush things.

Track, you need to stop, take a deep breath and read what others have told you to do.
Do NOT make duplicate tickets as that will make any response take even longer.
Close all tickets except the very first one you opened.
Update the original ticket asking for an account restoration because your account was hacked. You also need to make sure your account is secure before asking for a restoration as it’s a one shot deal.
You then need to wait at least 3 days. If after 3 days you have not heard back or gotten an acceptable answer, you then need to post your ticket number in the 3 days or older sticky thread.

We want to help with account restorations whenever we can. If it was declined, there are mitigating circumstances. Can you give me the ticket number, so I can investigate?
