If AN’s goal was to get me to quit 10/10
And your creation of the second ticket slowed your response down due to how their system handles multiple tickets by the same person.
The system determines spot in queue by the most recently put in ticket. So you kicked yourself to the end of the line when you made your second ticket.
So it’s hard to say that 33 days is entirely ANet’s fault.
Sure but getting an account in either scenario (13 Days) (19 Days) would still be considered unacceptable. Oh and I did in the second ticket reference the first ticket to help not gum it up.
If its such a problem its amazing they haven’t even implemented even an auto-generated ticket that would send out to let them know they are still aware of the problem, sorry for the long queue, we will get to it when we can, thank you for your patience drivel.

Did you not get ANY sort of response?
In that case I would suggest checking this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Delayed-or-No-Ticket-Reply-Read-This/first#post4533589

I’m sorry that you had trouble with your account and with getting in contact with ANet. Obviously, that sort of frustration affects your enjoyment of the game.
Based on my own experiences and reading (way too) many forum posts, I believe your experience is unusual. If you can, I’d urge you to give the game (and support) another chance. The game is a lot of fun and I’d hate for you to miss out because of this.
So if any of you guys wanted the answer of how long the ticket took from the last communication, the answer is apparently 22 days (whereby they reset my password making me lose another combination, though at least I got to change the E-mail to my new main one at least). So almost 60 Entire Days for a ticket resolution or 40 if you count from the second attempt at support. Well I guess you beat my record with Nexon (9 months with finally closing the ticket with no support), but that isn’t something to be proud of.
