So a few days ago I contacted support via a ticket (Which seems to be the only way, very disappointing I was hoping for a phone service) about how I could not buy gems due to the “Failed to Finalize” and “Card Approval” errors when everything was fine on my end.

The only reply I have gotten, was a short, barely human “Your ticket has been escalated and someone will contact you shortly” except that its been two days and no ones contacted me.

What should I do? Make another ticket? I don’t get why this is happening at all, really, there has been plenty of time to get around to answering my ticket.

When it comes to banking and payment issues, most support services across MMO / Online Transactions take a bit to investigate. I would advise to be a bit more patient since banks don’t really work fast anywhere.

Especially over weekends, banks rarely update their system quickly. Normally mon-fri is the best time for a company to chase things up.
