I keep getting tearings pop up every sec and its hurting my eyes.

That’s not screen tearing. That’s graphics corruptions and missing textures or missing objects. Check your drivers and make sure they’re up to date. Check your DirectX and make sure it’s up to date (use the DirectX Web Installer from Microsoft’s website). Check your GPU temps. If you’ve overclocked your video card, return it to the default clock speed and see if that helps.

my drivers up to date directx as well. I’’ve run a repair on gw2 and its still doing it. This wasn’t a problem before the update, it was all running fine, whats going on? also here’s another ss

I have had the same problem but I can’t SS cuz after that a while It’s blue screen.I updated GPU driver delete local.dat but still not worked.Now I use repair function and send ticket.This crash problem never happen to me before the Lost Shore patch.
