One pro tip for GW2 support, if you actually want to help try reading tickets.

I’ve been able to change my PW three times without them even receiving the key they asked for in the automated message thing ( You know what I’m talking about if you had the same experience. )

So yeah that really made me doubt this support even more.
And the fact that I’ve been waiting since 31-8 for an unban doesn’t make me happy too.

I’ve been getting this vibe too, I got warned for bumping a post without a meaningful reply but I did write a 4 paragraph meaningful reply about why I bumped the post, its as if the mod who warned me just saw the word bump and jumped the gun on my infraction v_v

Yeah, not impressed with the mods. I had a thread deleted as a “callout” thread because it mentioned GaileGray in the title. Even though it was a direct response to a questions asked of me by her in a thread that was locked before I got the chance to reply.

I’m starting to think they are outsourced and really can’t operate outside their regidly defined script.
