thanks for replying, but that’s another problem than, i didn’t got helped by anyone, i just recieved it and in the mail was written that it was the compansation for the items i didn’t got as reward for the lost shores event…
i understand your point, but i didn’t got any help from a particulary agent, i do wish to speak with one of them, but i can’t find any e-mail adress…

Ok, then you can contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. The thing is, that compensation was sent out a few months ago, and I believe that the team cannot send another one at this late date.
