I incorrectly activated the add-on Heart of Thorns. Think created a new account instead of to improve your. Wrote a ticket, but so far there is no response.
What to do in this case?

The CS Team usually allows themselves up to 72 hours to respond. Due to the overwhelming influx of tickets from issues recently (the launch, P4F), the Team may respond more slowly; up to 7 days now.
