The CS Team usually allows themselves up to 72 hours to respond. Due to the overwhelming influx of tickets from issues recently (the launch, P4F), the Team may respond more slowly; up to 7 days now.
You should have received the almost immediate automated ‘Thank you for your inquiry’ response, though. If not, you can check the pertinent Sticky above in the FAQ thread.
