Guild Wars 2

I just purchased the game, downloaded the GW2 Setup. Setup starts, downloads for about 3 seconds, then a Windows pop up shows up asking me if I want to “allow the following program to make changes to my computer”. To which I click yes. It then goes back to the download and it just freezes there. Stuck at downloading 0kb (0kb/sec). The client is “Not responding”. Please help me. Ty.

1.) Create a folder for the game to install in. I created a folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\GW2
2.) Move the Gw2Setup.exe file into this directory and rename it to Gw2.exe.
3.) Run the installer.

I have tried that but it’s not installing . It’s just appears the login part and then I can play but once I leave the game thre’s no installation done .
