You can use something like Pingplotter to determine where the issue is.
You can contact the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below for assistance, though they will ask you to use some kind of program to find where the packet loss is first, anyway.

Please submit a ticket. I’ve been back and forth with their team for a week now as I have had login server disconnects, massive spikes and drops.
I still get spikes but the disconnects to login screen have stopped (for now).
They’ll make you download Game Advisor and WinMTR to determine if there’s packet loss and such.

Yes. The reason that I recommend following the guide at https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network is that it does the same diagnostics that anet support are asking for, and has useful advice on figuring out how to resolve them.
I always figure you may as well do that first, then file a support ticket if it is an anet issue, and include the answers ahead of time.
I’m getting the problem too, I’m in Auckland, New Zealand FWIW.
